Salary - £35k + SC

Job Description

Guest and Staff Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling the premises and monitoring surveillance equipment. Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals access restricted areas. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, including theft, fire, medical incidents, or suspicious activity. Conflict Resolution: Manage difficult situations professionally, such as handling unruly guests, diffusing conflicts, and assisting law enforcement when needed. CCTV Monitoring: Monitor security cameras and investigate any unusual or suspicious activities. Loss Prevention: Prevent theft and vandalism by maintaining a strong security presence and conducting regular security checks. Report Writing: Document all security incidents, daily activities, and any breaches of policy in a clear and timely manner. Emergency Procedures: Enforce and follow hotel emergency protocols, such as evacuation plans and fire safety procedures. Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries, directions, or any safety concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Location - W Hotel

Shift Pattern - 4 on/4 off, mixture of days and nights

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications – SIA Level 2 Door Supervisor qualification, Level 3 award in First Aid at work
