Job Description
As the Safety & Security Coordinator, you will play a vital dual role in supporting both the day-to-day security operations and the hotel’s health & safety programme. Working closely with the Security Management team, you will help ensure a secure and compliant environment for all guests, associates, and visitors—blending operational vigilance with administrative excellence in a luxury setting.
You will assist with incident reporting, audits, training coordination, risk assessments, and compliance tracking, while also contributing to a visible and reassuring on-property security presence.
Location - Pan Pacific London
Shift Pattern - 4-On 4-Off Schedule
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications – Valid SIA Licence – Door Supervisor (required); Right to work in the UK; Previous experience in a safety & security role (preferably in hospitality, corporate, or luxury environments); Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; Professional appearance and demeanour in line with luxury service standards; Strong observational skills and attention to detail; Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations; Basic IT proficiency (for report writing, CCTV systems, and incident logging) – Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required – Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols and respond swiftly when needed; working towards health & safety / fire safety qualification
