Basic Qualifications – Valid SIA Licence – Door Supervisor (required); Right to work in the UK; Previous experience in a security role (preferably in hospitality, corporate, or luxury environments); Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; Professional appearance and demeanour in line with luxury service standards; Strong observational skills and attention to detail; Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations; Basic IT proficiency (for report writing, CCTV systems, and incident logging) – Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required – Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols and respond swiftly when needed
